With due respect, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I am a regular student of your school of class---bearing the roll number---. However, everyday I have to walk a long way to attend the class. For this reason, I become very tired, and  it is often very hard for me to attend the class in time. So, I need a seat in the school hostel. 

May I, therefore, hope that you would consider the matter, and allot me a seat in the school hostel.
